What Is Fascia & Why It Matters More Than You Think

Fascia is a soft, flexible tissue that runs through your entire body.

It surrounds and connects your muscles, organs, nerves, and joints helping everything move together rather than in separate parts.

Instead of thinking of fascia as something stiff or structural, it’s better to think of it as a living, responsive tissue that allows your body to glide, stretch, and adapt.

Nothing in this course is forced. You’ll move slowly, mostly on the floor, and always within your own comfort. The work is about listening and responding, not pushing or stretching past limits.

Stretching often creates short-term relief. This work focuses on fascia and tissue adaptability which is why people often notice changes that stay rather than fade after a few hours or days.

What if I can’t attend live or miss a session?

Do I need any specialist equipment?
